Before you get started
Can our drivers use the app instead of SMS?
Yes. An administrator can choose the driver app, SMS, or both in Settings → Communications. App conversations use the driver’s account and company-approved contacts. SMS has its own phone verification and consent setup.
Where should a new dispatcher begin?
Start with the overview, open a load, and review its driver and trip details. Then follow the messaging walkthrough. Inside your account, Help & Support provides task guides and a setup checklist.
Can I check AI-extracted load information?
Review and correct the proposed dates, addresses, references and rates before creating the load. Clear documents help, and your team remains responsible for reviewing the operational details.
Will every teammate see the same controls?
Available pages and actions follow the person’s role and company settings. Ask an administrator to check access when a guide shows a control that is missing from your account.
How do we get help with a problem?
Search Help & Support for the task. If you still need assistance, create a support ticket with the page, time, expected result and visible error. Follow replies in Your Support Tickets.
