DispatchPilot is a trucking TMS with dispatch, a driver app, and an AI assistant. We are recruiting independent sales contractors to call carriers, qualify them, and book demos.

What you’ll do
- Call carriers from your assigned calling list.
- Qualify them with the call math.
- Book demos and hand qualified carriers to our Technical team with an agreed demo date.
- Log notes after every call.
- Follow up.
- Complete Sales Academy (8 lessons, a knowledge check, graded practice calls) before calling real carriers.

After you are invited you will sign a contractor agreement and submit tax paperwork. We do not ask for either at application.
How you’re paid
- 10% commission, no cap10% of the subscription money each credited customer actually pays in their first 6 service months.
- Volume bonus$500 bonus at 5 new paying customers in a calendar month, $1,500 total at 10.
- Paid monthlyPaid by the 15th of the following month.
- ClawbackA refund or lost chargeback within 90 days claws back the related commission.
Example only, not guaranteed earnings
A 50-truck carrier at $89 per truck per month:
- Subscription per month$4,450
- You earn 10% a month$445
- For 6 months, from that one customer$2,670
Your signed contractor agreement governs.
