Driver SMS Consent
How consent is collected and verified for drivers using SMS
Compliance reference
No consent is collected on this public page
Driver identity, carrier membership, phone ownership, and disclosure version must be bound to an authenticated account. When your carrier enables SMS and you use that channel, complete consent in the authenticated Driver app.
Authenticated opt-in process
- Step 1: Sign in to the official DispatchPilot Driver app with the account issued by your carrier.
- Step 2: Review the carrier-specific SMS disclosure and confirm the mobile number on your profile.
- Step 3: Provide explicit consent and complete the verification challenge in the authenticated app.
- Step 4: Use STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time.
Disclosure preview
The authenticated flow supplies the driver's carrier name and current policy versions before consent is recorded.
By opting in, you consent to receive operational SMS messages from your carrier via DispatchPilot, including dispatch alerts, load assignments, delivery confirmations, and logistics updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of employment.
Mobile information is used for operational dispatch communications and is not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
